To ensure your gutters work as effectively as possible, they need regular maintenance. The most efficient regular maintenance to do is clearing out leaves, twigs, moss, dirt, and other debris from your gutters.
How often you clear out your gutters depends on how much debris makes it into your gutters. For example, a north facing roof may grow more moss than a south facing one. Or a property near large trees will accumulate more leaves in the gutters. Regardless of location, twice a year is a good target for gutter clearing.
